"I spoke with Cassie Thompson my agent at STATE FARM and asked her if she could email my apartment complex the proof of renters insurance since November 2025… because they needed a copy for my records… and within minutes Cassie replied to me and quickly asked me for the email address so she could send it to them.. (it took me longer to look up the email address than it did for her to send to my complex…I have been really really impressed with Cassie Thompson (my agent’s) office.. they are so very professional and friendly and get the job done quickly!!!! It didn't benefit me at the time, she understood and let me know that she would follow up with me at my next renewal.
